This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Melu Chat

Lead generation

We use a lead generation software tool (CANDDi) to identify companies that visit our website. This tool uses IP address data that is available in the public domain. It provides us with the name of companies whose employees have accessed our website. We cannot see which individual has visited the website as no personally identifiable information is captured. In some instances, where we believe we have relevant experience that will be of interest, we will proactively contact the most appropriate person at the company.

Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
